The Laboratoire d’économie de Poitiers (LéP) is proud to organize the 41st Applied Microeconomics Days, to be held on 5 and 6 June 2025 on the campus of the Université de Poitiers, Building A1, 2 rue Jean Carbonnier.
Every year, the JMA conference takes place in a different University in France, in a French-speaking country or in a border country. It brings together researchers, seniors, juniors, and PhD students, of any nationality, whose research contributes to the literature in applied microeconomics.
The keynote lecture will be given by Clément de Chaisemartin, professor at the Department of Economics at Sciences Po Paris since 2021. He is also affiliated with J-PAL. His research focuses on econometric methods for policy evaluation and on the economics of education.
Clément de Chaisemartin will also lead a training day on Wednesday, June 4, dedicated to difference-in-differences (DiD) identification methods.
